He completed his academic education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1999.

He began his professional career as a family physician and continued between 2002 and 2007 in Adıyaman. During his time in Adıyaman, he was awarded "Best Family Physician" at an award ceremony. He decided to pursue a medical career in the field of medical aesthetics and obtained Medical Aesthetics Physician Certificate and Mesotherapy Application Certificate in 2006.

Dr. Biran Ekici, recognized for his television programs in Turkey and also for his musician identity alongside his medical profession, regularly participates in the international aesthetic congress ICAD Bangkok to continue his medical career development. He continues to see his clients at his private practice in Istanbul Nişantaşı.
