Dr. Reşat Memişoğlu completed his pre-university education in Canada. Between 1973 and 1975, he received training in Health Sciences at Vanier College in Montreal and later obtained the title of medical doctor from the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1980. Continuing his education, he gained international experience through an internship program at McGill University. Dr. Reşat Memişoğlu's academic achievements were complemented by his training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at Dalhousie University. Currently, he serves as a specialist in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in the Canadian province of New Brunswick. Having specialized in Gastroenterology in 1988, Memişoğlu is a member of various national and international health associations to keep up with developments in his field. Since 1994, Dr. Reşat Memişoğlu has been the Head of the Gastroenterology Department at Chaleur Regional Hospital. He is also a member of prestigious organizations such as the Canadian Gastroenterology Association, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the Quebec Gastroenterology Association. In addition to his role at Chaleur Regional Hospital, he also continues to work at Florence Nightingale Hospital in Turkey. Dr. Reşat Memişoğlu has achieved many successful applications in his specialization, performing various endoscopic procedures such as hemorrhoid treatment, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP with success. Furthermore, he provides healthcare services to a diverse patient population by serving in various hospitals in Canada and Turkey.
