Op. Dr. Metin Yıldırım began his medical education at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, completing the first 5 years at this faculty. He took his initial steps in his professional career as an intern doctor at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2012-2013. He pursued his specialization in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital of Istanbul University between 2013 and 2017.

As of October 2022, Op. Dr. Metin Yıldırım provides services to patients at his private clinic located in Torun Center. In 2023, his clinic successfully completed accreditation as an International Health Tourism Center by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey.
