Dr. Binnetoğlu is a physician born in 1980 in Kars, Turkey, and graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his primary and secondary education with honors, he excelled in the medical school, becoming the top student in the fourth term. He graduated from the faculty as the third-ranked student in 2006. Later, in 2013, he completed his training in the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Head and Neck Surgery department at Marmara University, earning the title of Specialist Doctor.

Dr. Binnetoğlu's academic career and specialized research are diverse. In 2016, his developed method after tonsillectomy gained global attention and was published by Reuters Health News Agency. He furthered his expertise by completing a Rhinology fellowship at Tufts University in the United States, becoming Turkey's first officially certified Rhinology Subspecialist.

His experience extends beyond Turkey. During his time in the United States, he served in various prestigious hospitals and universities, gaining acclaim for his surgical method in the treatment of Carotid Body Tumors in 2018.

In the post-specialization period, Dr. Binnetoğlu practices in his own clinic in Turkey and has successfully performed over 10,000 surgeries.
