Prof. Dr. Berna Uslu Coşkun successfully completed her middle and high school education at Istanbul Işık High School. She continued her education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.

She graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995, earning the title of Medical Doctor. Between 1997 and 2000, she successfully completed her Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) residency at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, obtaining the title of Operating Doctor in 2000.

From 2001 to 2012, she served as the chief resident in the II. Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic at Şişli Etfal Research Hospital. During this period, she gained experience as an observer fellow at the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2003 and the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio in 2004. In 2007, she obtained the title of Associate Professor in Ear, Nose, and Throat.

In 2013, Prof. Dr. Berna Uslu Coşkun served as an observer fellow at Graz University in Austria. Between 2012 and 2017, she assumed the position of chief at the Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic of Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. In 2017, she obtained the title of Professor at Istanbul Health Sciences University. In 2022, she decided to pursue private practice, leaving Istanbul Health Sciences University and Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Hospital.

Since her residency, Prof. Dr. Berna Uslu Coşkun has shown a particular interest in rhinology. Her areas of expertise include nasal aesthetics, allergy, and aesthetic applications.
